Interlink Express provides a number of free tracking solutions for packages that are shipped via their network. Interlink Express also known as Interlink direct parcels can be tracked online with reference codes and postcode of the delivery address. The reference number should be provided when purchasing the shipping label, else the seller will give the reference number. After the unsuccessful shipping attempt, the reference number may also be found from a Calling Card or a Collecting Card that is left at the customer’s address.
Predict Collections is a different service provided through Interlink Express, which informs customers when a car is scheduled to arrive to pick up the package. A time-frame of one hour for pickup is announced via emails or texts.
